    At Vanguardelohub, we focus on providing high-quality gaming services such as boosting, coaching, and in-game support. Since these are digital services, all purchases are treated as final once work has started. Refund requests are only considered under certain conditions, as detailed below, to maintain fairness and clarity for both customers and service providers.

  2. Refunds

    You may qualify for a refund in the following cases:

    • Your payment was completed, but the requested boosting, coaching, or in-game service has not been initiated or delivered
    • You accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same order
    • The transaction was unauthorized or identified as fraudulent

    Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

    • The service has already been partially or fully completed
    • You change your mind or are dissatisfied after confirming the order and once work has begun
  3. How to Request a Refund

    To submit a refund request, you must:

    • Send an email to contact@vanguardelohub.com within 7 days of placing your order
    • Include your Order ID and a clear description of the issue
  4. Processing Time

    After your refund request has been reviewed and approved:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
    • The amount will be returned using the original payment method used during checkout
